INSTRUCTOR DETAILS:
Jignya Jadav, A computer engineer turned chocolatier and baker, is based in Pune. Her venture “The Chokolade Fantasie” was born back in 2010 out of her love for chocolates and so the name follows. Her journey from being a nerd to a chef and now a trainer has been laced with immense passion. She has been trained from reputed institutes and several Indian & International Artists. Her specialization lies in Gourmet Chocolates and Eggfree bakes. Being passionate about these, she loves imparting her knowledge to all her students and has been successfully conducting several workshops for the past many years.
