No part of the trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Company can be used. Any such unauthorized use can lead to legal action.
We own or are the licensee to the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service including the content, website, images, logos, icons, etc. The cakes/creations showed in the tutorials can be replicated but use of our content/ material and/or images will be considered a breach of rules.

The views/ opinions/ recipes/ content by any of our Guest tutors are their own. The Dream Cakes will not be responsible or liable for these. We do not accept responsibility for any video or tutorial content by a guest tutor being accurate or correct. Any user of the website must do their own research as to whether they can follow the content given in a tutorial within their own business and in their own jurisdiction.
We retain the right to take down any user reviews/content for any reason at all without notice and without providing a reason. We’re not liable for any content posted by others on our sites.
You agree that you may access the Online Tutorials for your personal use only. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing or distributing the Tutorial Content in whatever format. You may not sell the Tutorial Content except as an Affiliate. If you breach this provision you agree that you will be liable to account for profits, amongst other remedies.
If you own, run or operate (or intend to own, run or operate) a website offering online food tutorials, classes, courses or diplomas, or if you work for, are employed by, are the agent of, or advise such a person, you cannot use any material from this Website or and on any social media account controlled by us, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and Pinterest accounts (“Our Social Media Accounts”), and you expressly agree that you may not replicate the Online Tutorials in any way. You also agree that you will not: use any Tutorial Content whatsoever as teaching material in your classes; copy any Tutorial Content in any of your own online tutorials/videos; publish or otherwise use “knowhow” from the Online Tutorials (i.e. methods for doing things) in your own class if they are substantially the same as those taught by us.
Our Contract:
At intervals, the website will undergo maintenance. We will not be liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period due to any technical reasons.
We retain the right to take down any content at any time for any reason at all without notice and without providing a reason.
We reserve the rights to accept a student or cancel the registration of any student at any time for any reason at all without notice and without providing a reason.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a student’s registration and access to the website/ tutorials where any wrongdoing is suspected. Where wrongdoing is suspected no refund will be given.
Your use of any information or materials on the website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Website meet your specific requirements.
Students purchasing a tutorial are entitled to lifetime access to the videos. Lifetime” means either at your death or upon The Dream Cakes ceasing to run online tutorials, the website or the business for any reason whatsoever – – whichever is sooner. The Dream Cakes could cease to run online tutorials for any reason whatsoever including closing for personal reasons, ill-health, bankruptcy, liquidation, insolvency or for any other reason it chooses. The term “Lifetime” also refers to the life of the academy. If under any unprecedented circumstances, we are forced to close down the academy, we are not liable to you for any loss. The videos access will no longer be available in such cases. We will not be liable to send videos of the tutorials to the students.
Cakes/creations are shown in the promotional images may vary from those in the tutorials. The images on promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to make any changes that we see fit to the Tutorial Content and Website functionality at our sole absolute discretion and without notice. The Tutorial Content is constantly being updated and is subject to change. We will wherever reasonably practicable, place a site notice of any material necessary work to be undertaken.
If you receive a coupon or voucher code, you must use it within the time limit on the coupon or voucher. We cannot extend deadlines so the voucher or coupon will become null and void if it has expired.
If The Dream Cakes moves its website or sells or otherwise transfers its website to another website provider or hosting service that is controlled by The Dream Cakes (not by a third party business), it would make reasonable efforts to transfer your membership to the new website but it may require some amending of your membership, term or other features and it will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new website provider/owner. Without notice, The Dream Cakes is permitted to make whatever changes it needs to or that it sees fit in order to transfer memberships when changing websites. This could result in existing members gaining new features or losing some features depending on the changes The Dream Cakes makes when creating or transferring to a new website.
If our software or hardware fails for any reason which results in us being unable to stream the videos or if third-party software we rely on fails we will terminate your tutorial access and we will not refund any amounts paid to us under any circumstances.
Refund and Cancellation

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Once a tutorial has been purchased, we are not liable to provide a refund for it for any reason.
Live Class/workshop Cancellations: If for any reason, we have to cancel the scheduled class/workshop, we will provide the student with an option to purchase another class with the same amount or refund the entire amount to the student.
We are not liable for any loss/damage incurred to you due to any cancellations.
Any tutorial once purchases cannot be transferred to another student.
Any cancellations by a student for limited seats workshop, will not be eligible for a refund. The students understand that they are holding a spot so reservations for this event are non-refundable.
