Winning the runner’s up in Students wedding cake competition 2006 at the French Pastry school, Chicago, paved the way for Ashwini in the field of Cake Decorating.
Best in Division and Best in Category award at the New England Cake Show (Connecticut Cake Competition) in 2009 boosted her morale.
She has been awarded the Top 10 Cake Artist in India by Cake Masters Magazine, UK for 2017 and also 2018.
She was also the finalist in the prestigious Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2018 and 2019, aka Cake Oscars, in the Sugar Flowers Category.
She was also a part of the Judging panel for the first ever Indian Cake Awards 2019.
She also was a big part of the Incredible India Welcome Display at the Cake International Show in Birmingham, UK 2019 and 2022. Her work had been highly recognized and appreciated by top artists around the world.
