Part 2 : Arranging Sugar Flowers on Cakes (Please check the respective class for details – Arranging Sugar Flowers on Wedding Cakes)

We will be using this Peony and more flowers+foliage for the arranging Sugar Flowers Class.

Arranging Sugar Flowers on Cakes 

Learn the basics of arranging sugar flowers on cakes. Whether you are a beginner or been a baker, if you intend to make gorgeous floral cakes, this is the class for you.

Learn to

– Make Pretty fantasy and Filler flowers, berries
-Tips and techniques to follow for arranging sugar flowers on cakes with various mediums (fondant, ganache, buttercream, whipped cream…In class we will work with fondant covered and whipped cream cake. Other mediums will be discussed)
-Learn to work with a Big flower (Fringed Peony from Part 1) and combine in an arrangement.
-Make floral sprays and clusters
-Care to be taken before and after arranging the flowers
-Storing and transporting cakes with flowers

*Cake Baking and assembly is not a part of this class.
